Promotes cooperation between European experts involved in the analysis of the community agricultural policy (CAP). It focuses on the New Member States (Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia), on the Candidate Countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey) and on the Western Balkan Countries (Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia Montenegro).
